lead me to the practice of herbal medicine that I will fulfil according to my ability and judgement this oath and this covenant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">To apply herbal treatments and natural methods for the benefit of the sick according to my abilities and judgement and to recognise my limits and consequently to refer patients appropriately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">To recognise that I come from a long tradition of herbal medicine which I have a responsibility to uphold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">To recognise the necessity in protecting and nurturing the environment in general and the production of sustainable herbal remedies in particular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">That whomever I treat my only objective will be to improve their health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">That whatever I may see or hear in the course of my practice in regard to the life of my patients, I will keep this to myself, recognising the importance of confidentiality in a therapeutic relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">That if I fulfil this oath and do not violate it, I may be granted the simple pleasures of life as I will have
